SANCTUAIRE CAROLINGIEN
This desacralized building, located 1 km from the village center, houses a nave.
It is located 1 km from the center of the village. The locals call it the church of the old village. Flanked by a cemetery, this desecrated building houses a 9th century nave. Property of the Friends of Old Cravant who work for its animation and restoration, this jewel of Romanesque art is historic in more than one way: classified as a historical monument in 1913, then its two Merovingian pillars in turn in 1963, and the fresco of the south chapel of allegiance to Our Lady registered in 1975.
