For 40 years, the Sourdais family has been producing wine at Domaine des Bouquerries, in compliance with the AOC Chinon specifications. Today, the estate produces wines in all three colors. Stepping back in time, we unravel the mystery of the estate's name. Once the home of a butcher specializing in the slaughter of goats, the estate's building has inherited the evocative name of "Bouquerries".
