ROUSSEAU FRÈRES
Bernard and Michel Rousseau took over the torch of this family, which grew the vine from father to son for 4 generations. The farm has 18 hectares of vines, 15 hectares of pinots (black, grey and white), 3 hectares of gamay, Cabernet and provence. The land consists mainly of silex clays, with plenty of stone stones. The varieties of their Touraine Noble-Cheek are vinified vinified. Pressed from the harvest, the grapes give a grey wine said "eye of partridge". The nose reveals fresh fruit fragrances. The mouth, aromatic, well balanced, finely balanced, ends on a round finish. On site you can enjoy all the wines of the production and find some gift ideas in the shop (carafes, glasses, caps, goutte, compound baskets, boxes…).
