The village is a base camp for hiking. From the town hall of Huismes, you can take several walking routes. Three marked paths leave from Huismes and lead you through the marshes, between vineyards and wooded areas, passing farms, a wash house, a hemp oven, crosses and moors. Three easy itineraries of 2 to 3 hours of walking. These three trails, marked in yellow, follow loops of 7 km (with the possibility of a 2.5 km shortcut), 12.5 km and 17 km. The trail along the Indre River is particularly charming.
