One of the jewels of the village. Built in the 12th century, except for the nave which was restored in the 19th century, the church of Saint-Maurice d'Huismes is distinguished by a belfry with a cylindrical tower which houses a staircase to access the bells. The building was enlarged in the 19th and early 20th centuries by the addition of a side aisle which broke the harmony of the whole. It is however remarkable for its numerous details, its capitals or the supports of the nave and the choir. See the characters, monsters and animals represented in symbolic scenes.
