MAISON PERRIN
Valérie and Philippe Charcellay are based at the farm in Civray and raise ducks. They then produce foie gras, rillettes and pâtés, duck confits, ready-made meals and delicious gourmet baskets on site. Among the specialities of foie gras and liver mousses, let us quote the whole foie gras, the half-cooked whole foie gras, the savoury one with grapes, the savoury one in the natural and, on order, the terrine of foie gras cooked in the oven! Do not hesitate to call them before your visit to put aside the products.
