Super séjour. Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassés en arrivant. Bien que la chambre choisie était tout aussi belle, nous avons eu plus grande ! Personnel super. Petit dej très sympas.

Cuidado al reservar!! Servicio de atención al cliente nefasto y arrogante por parte de la recepción. Tras recibir la confirmación de la reserva (en la que se paga en el alojamiento), nos llaman a las dos horas para decir que la han cancelado debido a que no tenemos fondos y "que nos busquemos la vida". Si, nos quedamos a cuadros por el como nos estaban tratando. Solicitamos arreglar ese mal entendido una vez llegásemos ese mismo día al hotel y nos reiteraron que no, que ya estaba cancelado y el hotel lleno. Procedemos a I formar que queremos poner una reclamación por ello y nos cuelgan el teléfono. Visto la actitud y varias reseñas similares NO RECOMENDAMOS ALOJARSE AQUÍ.
