Dominique and Vincent opened this store with a view to disseminating a maximum of healthy and natural products to the Tourangeaux in search of well-being and common sense. There are all the usual shelves of a supermarket, with the difference that the products are all bios and/or ethical. And it changes everything! The history of the man who is behind this professor, Henri-Charles Geffroy, provides proof of this: considered to be condemned by doctors after being gassed during the war, he decided to adopt exclusively plant-based diet (largely crudivore), allowing him to thwart adverse diagnoses against him. In 1946, he launched La Vie Claire magazine and two years later the co-operative and brand name of the same name. Sixty-five years later, there are more than 200 Les Vie Claire stores spread throughout France!
