Very nice location for this restaurant taken over in 2008 by one of the best toques in Touraine, Pascal Bouvier, who for a long time shone two stars on the Choiseul d'Amboise. Here you can enjoy a cuisine that is half bistro, half gourmet, and which showcases the finest local produce. A trendy cuisine that blends with tradition. The few notes of controlled modernity always resting on classic bases. From the reassuring to the prices, even offering a whole lunch on a single platter, "sent in ten minutes": quick and well done par excellence!
