An hour's drive from Tours for a great pleasure. Jacky Dallais has made Petit-Pressigny one of the most popular villages for "gastronomades". Always on the go, he never stops combining tradition and modernity with his son Fabrice. The products are cooked just right, the flavours and textures are well combined, and the plate is beautifully pure... A speciality to discover: pike in a potato crust and crayfish butter or Racan's chicken and for dessert the famous Paris-Brest revisited. Tasty!
