Vous réservez, vous arrivez à l'heure convenue et le maître des lieux vous annonce que votre réservation à été annulée par ses soins quelques minutes après que vous ayez reçu votre code de réservation et l'édition de celle-ci pour une raison de double réservation 3 mn avant la votre .Il vous explique qu'il vous a envoyé un mail mais quand bien même vous lui expliquez preuve à l'appui que vous ne l'avez pas reçu, il campe sur sa position et vous remercie très sèchement sans se poser la question de ce que vous allez bien pouvoir faire à 17h sans hébergement dans un secteur que vous ne connaissez pas. Quand bien même il aurait envoyé ce fameux mail, sans réponse et disposant de nos coordonnées il n'a même pas tenté de nous joindre où de nous laisser un message vocal voir un texto, le total mépris !!!
