3 km south of Loches. Founded by the monks of Cormery in the th century, it is one of the oldest churches in Touraine. Some parts are of Carolingian origin, and six mérovingiens stone sarcophagi were updated during renovation work in 1973. One of them contained the remains of a woman richly clothed with jewellery; it was likely to belong to the aristocracy under the reign of Childebert II (570-595).
