With an experience in Montreal, Olivier Gibaud moved to Loches to discover the different tastes of bread in the locals and tourists: to honey, hazelnut, jelly, grape or sausage, county not forgetting the famous bread in the pie or in the Moorish! The speciality of the house remains the village, delicious 7 kg bread, to order 48 h in advance! For the regulars, the stick changes every month! For this bakery alone, we would be able to travel miles and kilometres. She is worth a detour!
