The dishes, based on fresh and traditional products, vary with the seasons and are true culinary creations to discover. We like the gorgonzola ravioli, the tuna tataki, the roasted pineapple with spices and vanilla and the chestnut and pear tart... All accompanied, of course, by the best wines of the Loire Valley.
