Near La Croisille, between Saint-Antoine-du-Rocher and Mettray. This large dolmen, 11 metres long, 3 metres wide and 3.70 metres high, is made up of 12 stones, 3 of which form the roof. It is the largest and oldest dolmen in Touraine. The dolmen appears to have been erected between 2500 and 2000 BC, and was classified as a historic monument by decree on April 18, 1914. Legend has it that three fairies built the dolmen in one night, and that if a stone is moved, it will return to its original position the following night. As for the person responsible, he will perish within the year...
