Le Clapotis, a true Touraine institution, is ideally located on the banks of the Cher River. Since 1990, the Joubert family has been serving delicious, generous cuisine. The chef offers quality dishes, finely executed with fresh seasonal produce. When the weather's nice, you can take advantage of the lovely waterside terrace. The dining room has been tastefully refurbished to a high standard. Excellent service for this gourmet restaurant, where the welcome couldn't be warmer or more efficient. We love it!
