This restaurant, which has been handed down from generation to generation by the Guestault family, offers a menu that changes regularly over the seasons, always with quality products. The atypical place, a troglodyte, has two rooms and a third one that can accommodate up to 40 people. A pleasant terrace awaits you. The cellars dug in the tuffeau offer a beautiful choice of Touraine wines. The cuisine is intended to be tasty and quite copious. Don't hesitate to come and taste the revisited homemade burgers or an entrée of local terrinette "pâté-rillettes", a rib steak with shallot on the plate or a pancake with Grand-Marnier for dessert.
The vineyard is also to be visited for the traditional method for the Montlouis-sur-Loire appellation. Possibility to sleep on site in comfortable and quiet rooms.
