It was during a trip to the Land of the Rising Sun that Mathilda discovered mochi, a vegetable pastry that is fat-free and gluten-free. She now shares her passion via her online shop and her two stores in Paris. But the best way to discover these sensational pastries is to learn how to bake them directly in her workshop!
