In the heart of the vineyard of Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil, this traditional restaurant proposes a cuisine of character anchored in the soil. The chef concocts quality dishes with seasonal products from the land and the sea. The plates are very nicely prepared and they immediately make your mouth water. The wine list offers an interesting variety of local wines: Chinon, Bourgueil, Saumur-Champigny, but also wines from Burgundy, Alsace and Bordeaux. A pleasant restaurant with beautiful flavors in the plate.
