The chef Florent Mounier, who has owned this bar-brewery since 2014, is a regular in the good food business. You will be able to taste various local dishes, the menu is short and changes regularly. Florent likes to focus on the quality of good, high-end and seasonal products, which are accompanied by a glass of wine from Bourgueil of course, the Loire Valley or Burgundy. Florent prefers the short circuit, and buys directly from the producer. The welcome is warm and the place pleasant, a bistro like we like!
