Habitaciones pequeñas, pero funcionales. Como hotel de paso está perfecto. Bien comunicado con Tours con dos autobuses 5 y 11. El desayuno aceptable.

Emplacement très pratique car l'hôtel est situé juste devant la gare. Les chambres sont confortables et les oreillers extras.

Good breakfast as well.
I recommend it.
The location is not central
but there are 2 buses to Tours
across the street and also the train.
For the buses I bought the 24 hour ticket.
