The very good Bistrot d'Hier becomes the Table des Halles. Sacha Couvreux is still at the helm, having taken advantage of 2021 to expand his restaurant. In the plate, the chef already married traditional cuisine with a contemporary spirit. Today, he is moving towards gastronomy without abandoning his first love. With an emphasis on local products, he proposes refined and tasty dishes that evolve according to the seasons. Nous avons dégusté la cuisine de ce chef!
Tout est très bon et beau et ce fut un plaisir de voir le chef travailler dans sa cuisine ouverte.
