Here, goat's milk is used to make an ancestral cheese. This cheese is the pride of the region. Many producers will offer you the opportunity to visit their goat farms, then taste and possibly buy their cheese. A rye straw running through the cheese attests to its quality and origin. After removing it, you can read the name of the producer on it. At the Haute Piltière, Raymond de Loof welcomes you. In 2006 he received the gold medal in the regional goat cheese competition!
