Located in Semblançay, in the Centre-Val de Loire region, SARL L'Orée Des Bois is a farmer's market offering a variety of local farm produce. The family dairy farm, run by Jean-Yves and Alexandra Dubois, also offers a range of preserved cow meat products. Products on offer include cow rillettes, cow bourguignon, cow bolognese sauce, cow chorizo and sausage, as well as apple juice, lentils, dairy products and jams. Visitors can also take advantage of the farm store, which offers products not only from the farm, but also from neighbouring producers.
