A small space but great performances for this gym located in the heart of Tours. Romain and Sébastien are at the helm, always listening to their clients. Their credo is to offer you a personalized follow-up, but also to know how to push you to learn to surpass yourself. And if Romain's face tells you something, it's quite normal: the sports coach also likes to challenge himself and had the honor of participating in the Koh Lanta show, where he distinguished himself in 2017 by his endurance and his team spirit.
