The Feldenkrais method is a method for gaining awareness of its body by movement. Through simple, unusual and playful movements, it makes it possible to learn about our bodily and mental habits. They are sometimes a source of tension, fatigue or pain and also limit our sporting or artistic capacities. It is then a question of discovering new and more efficient operating opportunities. Listening carefully to our sensations, we are moving towards a more dynamic and more complete image of ourselves. It can be practised at any age, regardless of physical possibilities.
