Expérience désagréable tout comme le personnel. Mon garde-boue s'est détaché pendant que je roulais et la fixation s'est coincée dans ma roue avant, la bloquant et me faisant chuter lourdement. Lorsque je mentionne le problème a mon retour au magasin, le personnel met en cause le fabricant (tous leurs vélos sont donc défectueux ?) et rejette toute responsabilité de leur part, alors qu'il s'agissait a l'évidence d'un défaut d'entretien potentiellement très dangereux. De plus, très susceptible ils menacent de me jeter dehors. Tout simplement scandaleux, je déconseille fortement cet établissement, passez votre chemin.

Matériel mal entretenu, 2 des 4 velos que nous avons loué étaient défectueux (vitesses qui passent mal, béquille qui tape sur la roue arrière). Personnel désagréable manquant de professionnalisme, je ne reviendrait pas.
