The chef, trained in his native country, always strives to work with fresh, quality produce. The decor is refined and soothing; the tableware and sushi platters are delightful. Sushi, sashimi, maki, as well as bento, donburi and grilled meats are all part of the show put on by the open-plan kitchen. As an added bonus, the team is adorable, considerate and respectful.
