Feeling a little hungry after a screening at the CGR Centre cinemas? Zen is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Tours, which explains the rather high prices. The chef, trained in his native country, always strives to work with fresh, quality produce. The decor is refined and soothing; the tableware and sushi platters are delightful. Sushi, sashimi, maki, as well as bento, donburi and grilled meats are all part of the show put on by the open-plan kitchen. As an added bonus, the team is adorable, considerate and respectful.

Mais Zen n'est PAS un fournisseur de sushi (choquant !), c'est de la vrai cuisine japonaise !
S'il est un peu plus cher "que les autres restaurants japonais de la ville", c'est que c'est un VRAI japonais et non un fournisseur de sushi chinois banalement médiocre.
J'y vais régulièrement et je suis toujours aussi heureux, satisfait d'avoir mangé sain et savoureux avec un personnel sympathique et chaleureux.
