Open Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner. Open on Mondays from May to September. Reservations recommended. Menus from €33 to €43. Children's menu: €13. Set lunch menu: €18 (main course, dessert). Dish of the day: €13.
Owner's Message
It is in the small village of Calabria, Italy that this story begins ... Gian Carlo, from the age of ten, works in the family restaurant and falls in love with the profession of cooking, for him a kind of conductor between flavors and scents. Passionate, he evolves for some time in an Italian restaurant as a pizzaiolo and then joined France to perfect his skills. He became a chef for the first time in France, in a restaurant near the circuit of Nevers Magny-Cours.
The French culinary heritage inspires him and for twenty years, he develops his art in different houses to end up in Switzerland, head chef of a gourmet restaurant. In 2021, he decided to offer his know-how to the beautiful city of Tours by creating Il Ristorante Enoteca Italiana. A restaurant of traditional French-Italian cuisine where the desire to delight your taste buds reigns. Their wine cellar (enoteca in Italian) is filled with nuggets to perfectly match your dishes.
For Gian Carlo, the art of food is the basis of an emotion!
All the products are carefully chosen by the Chef and come from Italy or from local producers (37).
