Tahina is a restaurant that focuses on 100% plant-based recipes. Falafels, eggplant caviar and tahini (sesame cream, an ingredient in hummus) are of course reminiscent of Lebanese cuisine, which influences many of the dishes on offer. But veggie burgers, wheat nuggets with fries and a variety of soups demonstrate the variety of vegetarian cuisine on offer here. Le restaurant Tahina est situé autour des Halles, il propose des plats 100% végétariens, et aussi certains sans gluten. Les assiettes sont très joliment présentées et les plats sont très bons. Le personnel est très avenant et sympathique. Côté tarif c'est raisonnable.
