From the classic "Toursain" with fresh goat's cheese to the signature "Le Pigeonneau" burger that won him the 2020 French championship, the burgers are gourmet and a vegetarian version is available every time. On the restaurant side, the French bistro recipes revisited with local, quality produce make our mouths water. And the warm welcome doesn't hurt either.
