After having traveled a lot, the chef has settled here to offer a cuisine that is both typically local and French and yet inventive and surprising. On the plate, local and seasonal products, perfectly presented and finely prepared. Among the chef's specialties: the famous Pithiviers accompanied by small seasonal vegetables.
