Chic yet relaxed decor! Here, fish from the Loire region take pride of place (with some sea fish depending on availability). Chef Florent Martin knows how to make us succumb in front of our plates: mullet fillet, catfish steak, pan-fried eels with parsley. While fish takes pride of place, meat lovers won't be outdone with rump steak "rouge des prés angevins" and the chef's own specialties. He cooks exclusively with high-quality regional produce. Opening time and information on AU MARTIN BLEU
Open from Tuesday to Saturday at noon and in the evening from 7:30 pm. Reservation recommended. Menus from 26 € to 38 €. Wine by the glass. Very nice wine list of the Loire Valley. Groups welcome (on reservation, 8 to 10 persons). Terrace of 20 places.

Le Martin Bleu, will make you rediscover the taste of freshwater fish and especially Loire fish according to the seasons, thanks to one of the last fishermen in the Loire: for example: Eel, - Pike, - Perch, - Carp, - Lamprey, - Shad, - Sillure, - White fish and fried.
