Bistro offering quality dishes served in a place where the decoration is modern.
This bistro, ideally located opposite Les Halles, has established itself as one of Tours' must-visit spots. Quality dishes are served in abundance in a friendly, lively setting. Chef Henri Leclerc concocts his best specialties, including :
mDH beef ribs to share, farmhouse poultry supreme with yellow wine and morel mushrooms, and Chinon drunken octopus with grandmother's Meurette sauce. An excellent wine list, and original, gourmet desserts to die for! An address well worth the detour!

For an aperitif, 2 drinks dry Montlouis accompanied by a slate potted and croutons (free).
A small original entrance served on a slate (dried and smoked beef) to wait for the preparation of dishes.
The lamb chops (6) with rosemary and mustard and mash in garlic in shirt is served according to cooking required and hot. Delicious.
Beef fillet with fresh foie gras oven accompanied by country chips is also cooked to your taste.
All washed down with one 1/2 bottle of Chinon.
Total: €78
Flat: too noisy when the restaurant is full.
The only downside: the place is noisy.
