At this gourmet table, you will see beautiful plates composed of traditional cuisine and specialties from Tours. The chef's must-try dishes served all year round? The pig's trotter and the "beuchelle" (a dish based on calf sweetbread). For the dessert, we succumb without hesitation to the brioche like French toast and its salted butter caramel...

Nous y sommes allés deux fois et nous avons apprécié les deux jours. Le service et la nourriture étaient grandioses. Le cuisinier conseille même activement sur le choix des plats. Le goût est frais, délicieux et exorbitant.
