In a classic style, the Laurenty breathes the elegance and sobriety of the tufa stone. As for the cuisine, Chef Didier Touzet offers only fresh products and menus elaborated according to the seasonality. We can mention the Racan chicken, the roasted sea bass filet with shellfish cream, braised calf sweetbread... A seasonal, varied, original and delicious cuisine. A good value for money! Petit restaurant avec une carte limitée pour avoir des produits de haute qualité. Les coquilles saint jacques étaient un délice, je conseil ainsi que la dorade. Pas bcp de tables il faut donc réserver.
