This restaurant has been one of Tours' must-visit addresses since 1991. Axel welcomes you with a smile in an authentic setting where tufa stone mingles with exposed beams. Enjoy traditional, home-cooked cuisine with local flavors, such as veal parmentière, Touraine pie with Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine or Touraine beuchelle. De passage à Tours, nous avons découvert ce petit restaurant très agréable. Très bon accueil très bonne cuisine locale. La tourte en entrée est délicieuse. À découvrir absolument.
