The Saint-Germain is an institution in Tours. A brewery that, by its decoration and warm atmosphere, reminds us of some of the emblematic establishments found in Paris. Jean and his mother, as well as the whole team, always welcome in a good mood a clientele with diverse horizons. It is pleasant to stop there in the early morning for coffee, lunch or dinner, with a menu that highlights French cuisine. We also like to spend hours there at the aperitif with a good glass of wine. You are always offered something to eat in quantity. The terrace is always full and a second terrace, flowery and intimate, is located at the back of the bar.

Excellent café-restaurant au centre de Tours, à quelques pas de la gare et de la place principale. Tables à l'extérieur mais aussi sur la terrasse fraîche à l'intérieur. Carte très variée et plusieurs plats du jour. La sole à la mugnaia et les omelettes que nous avons dégustées les deux fois où nous sommes venus étaient excellentes. Propriétaires très sympathiques et service excellent. A essayer absolument !

Je viens de découvrir ce restaurant, tout est parfait, j'ai tellement adoré la sauce que l'assiette aurait pu être rangée directement... le cadre est hors temps, la terrase de derrière est fabuleuse et le service est aux petits oignons
