The Chai Max bistro-wine bar has been revitalizing the Place Rabelais since it opened in April 2022! For lunch, the chef offers 100% home-cooked, high-quality cuisine based on fresh produce, such as Saint-Brieuc scallops in fine ravioli of green apples, raw and snacked. In the evening, French-style tapas are served with a bottle of good wine. The service provided by the manager is pleasant and efficient. A warm ambience, a bistro setting and a fine wine list are sure to ensure you have a good time.

Une très belle découverte. Un accueil souriant et décontracté .Des conseils avisés. Tapas top, des produits de qualité, sublimés et mis en valeur sans chichi mais quel plaisir. A recommander si vous séjournez dans le secteur.
