Le point négatif : les fauteuils dans la salle de restaurant tachés; inacceptable pour 1 quatre étoiles et des joints un peu noirs dans la salle de bains inacceptables aussi et l’eau qui stagne inacceptable. Merci. A part ces 3 points c’est ok. Bonne journée.

Très bel établissement, extrêmement déçu par la qualité de service pour cette catégorie d'hôtel. A l'arrivée la chambre devait être prête pour 15h nous sommes arrivés à 16h et chambre pas prête aucunes excuses. Le second jour nous rentrons à 16h30 et la chambre n'a pas été faite, mon épouse a dû faire appel à l'accueil pour que le nécessaire soit fait. Nous avons consommé au bar de l'hôtel une attente d,1/2 heure avant d'être servi (nous étions les seuls clients), la réponse du serveur je ne vous avais pas vu.

The staff were very helpful and friendly - the room was comfortable - the bed very good. The hotel is just a little dated and in need of a refresh (although the spa area is very nice and modern). The hotel is excellently located however and with secure parking which is a bonus!
