Dommage pas de service spa le week end où on est venu alors qu on avait réservé cet hôtel un peu pour ça. Al réception n'a pas été honnête en nous disant qu il n'y avait plus de place alors que c était fermé. Il faisait trop froid dans la chambre, ma compagne s est plaint mais on ne lui a pas trouvé de solution la première nuit alors que la 2e nuit on nous a changer de chambre illico. La piscine était froide. Bon sûrement une accumulation de pas de chance.

Staff were very kind and genuinely taking care of us during our stay. We had a problem with the bathroom and they tried to do everything possible to fix it. Even though they couldn't, they made us feel like home. For sure we will recommend this hotel and will try to come again in other occasion. Best hotel in Tours so far.
