comptez 2 heures pour le nettoyage en restant dans votre vehicule... on est loin des 30mn annoncées
plus jamais je ne retournerais dans cette enseigne
je conçois que la situation actuelle est particulière et difficile, cependant elle l´est pour tout le monde et cela n'excuse pas ce type de comportement envers la clientèle
