For one weekend in November, the Parc expo in Tours is transformed into a giant farm during the Salon de l'Agriculture.
Tours also has its own agricultural show: the aptly-named Ferme Expo. Over a weekend in November, the Parc expo is transformed into a giant farm. The event, organized by the Chamber of Agriculture and its partners, attracts both professionals and the general public, who come to discover machinery, animals (with several competitions), conferences, tastings... There's also a space dedicated to employment, and food and drink based on good farm produce. For children, there are a number of fun activities to help them discover the show.
