Attention, cette agence n’est pas sérieuse concernant la restitution de la caution. À l’état des lieux d’entrée, l’agent relève peu de défauts, et est expéditif, alors qu’à la sortie, il relève tous les défauts, et est très minutieux. Il relève les anciens défauts présents avant votre emménagement, et ensuite il vous les facture.
