Ideal place for a Sunday stroll to find children's games, a skatepark, ping-pong table and boules pitch.

Seeing these giant crayons on the horizon makes you want to go explore Simon Island! But this contemporary art installation is just one reason to go there. Here you can find the tranquility of natural spaces, just a stone's throw from downtown. The fauna and flora of the banks of the Loire make no mistake: birds, rodents and fish are present. It is the ideal place for a Sunday stroll, a picnic, an improvised musical jam or even a sunbathing session on the beach (when the river is low). There are also children's games, a skatepark, a ping-pong table and a bowling alley, as well as a slackline training area.
