RUINS OF THE CHURCH OF SAINT PIERRE LE PUELLIER
As you pass through the unmissable Place Plumereau, head north to the vaulted passage that leads to the ruins of Saint-Pierre-le-Puellier Church. These are Gallo-Roman and medieval remains discovered during archaeological excavations. For the record, these ruins correspond to those of the women's monastery created by King Clovis' wife in the 6th century. It is a peaceful and splendid place where it is pleasant to come and stretch your legs after a drink in the nearby square. We regret the lack of historical information on the spot, so much the place calls for curiosity, but the beauty of the place and the surrounding buildings makes it an obligatory passage.
