Karla from Cafecito has taken on a new challenge with La Brûlerie, right next door to the Coffee Shop. The young woman and her team were already offering good Latin American coffees at Cafecito, but she wanted to go further and went back to Guatemala to train in coffee roasting. It is thus as an expert that she roasts coffees from Latin America. Listening to her, one discovers all the subtleties, and the tasting sessions allow one to appreciate all the varieties. You can enjoy a coffee on the spot, or buy her bags to go.
