Set up for ten years in Châtellerault, Colbert Street, the Coutant couple decided to open a new establishment in Tours… rue Colbert! Perfect for not having to change the name of their company, but also ideal in terms of location, just seconds from the national street, and just steps from the pedestrian part of Colbert Street.
In the interior you can find bakery classics - breads, pastries, pastries - but also, and above all, what a à la carte lunch is all about. We choose his bread or salad base, add ingredients to the choice (from the grilled courgette to tartare cheese, varied meats and meats, candied tomatoes and other cooked vegetables), and the tower is played. To take, of course, or to enjoy it on the spot with a small room upstairs that allows to settle quietly for lunch before returning to its busy day. We recommend the place to the rush, with good value and a smile as a gift.
