Traceability and quality are the watchwords of this craftsman, who in 2019 won first prize in the national Boucherie étal competition (specializing in lamb cuts). Here you'll find the classics: rillettes, rillons, various pâtés, paupiettes, faux-filet and other cuts of beef... The team also features a different cooked dish every day, in addition to the catered dishes on offer.
